Health Literacy Webinars are composed of 4 to 10 people and are focused on showing the scientific evidence on various subjects relating to Heathy Lifestyle, promoting the health literacy of the participants and providing general advice on applying this knowledge to everyday life.
The webinars last 2 hours which includes a 90 minutes presentation followed by 30 minutes for answering any questions and / or having related discussion. After each webinar participants get a pdf file that includes all information which was taught plus additional material (for instance more sources, sites of reliable information, etc.).
