Welcome to the era of Lifestyle Medicine

In Greek, iasis (ίασις) means “cure”.

Hippocrates, the Father of Western Medicine, laid the foundation of Lifestyle Medicine almost 2.5 thousand years ago, by pointing out the importance of healthy diet and living on the prevention and treatment of disease. IASIS shares the same Greek roots and the same holistic approach to human body.

Today, Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), including heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes and chronic lung disease, are collectively responsible for almost 70% of all deaths worldwide. These deaths are premature and preventable.

IASIS aims to Educate, Motivate and Support you step by step in reclaiming and protecting your Health through healthy diet and a toxic-free Lifestyle.

I believe that Health is the ultimate gift we can give to ourselves and that the access to Lifestyle Medicine knowledge is a basic human right.

My tools are

  • latest scientific evidence,

  • holistic view of the human existence,

  • passion for spreading the scientific knowledge to the public and

  • a genuine culture of loving one another.

IASIS is here to show you that You hold the key of your Health.

You have the power to protect yourself and your loved ones from disease.

You can be your ίασις.

Know what you consume and understand your body. An ideal way towards healthy living by incorporating scientific concepts to our daily life. A whole lot of advice to chose what is better with a personal touch.
