Health Literacy Webinars are composed of 4 to 10 people and are focused on showing the scientific evidence on various subjects relating to a Healthy Lifestyle, promoting the health literacy of the participants, and providing general advice on applying this knowledge to everyday life.
The webinars last 2 hours which includes a 90-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes for answering any questions and/or having a related discussion. After each webinar participants get a PDF file that includes all the information that was taught plus additional material (for instance more sources, sites of reliable information, etc.).
