A food diary is a powerful tool to help you become more aware of your eating habits and discover any nutrients you may be missing that could potentially compromise your long-term health.

Moreover, to the eyes of a knowledgeable health professional, the food diary could reveal the reasons behind any lack of energy, feeling of fatigue, lack of focus or a blue mood.

The only thing you must do is note down anything you eat including your fitness and symptoms, if applicable, and send it to me at the end of the week for analysis.

After carefully evaluating your dietary intakes, I will inform you about all the nutritional gaps that you could improve on or just confirm that you are doing great!
